Many design solutions and claim savings, we prove them.
At MyCore, designing energy efficient solutions is only the beginning. We’ve been focused on bringing smarter building solutions to clients for over 35 years. Today we provide clients across the nation with building innovation that works. After all, a great design is only great when properly implemented. Fortunately, no one typically wants to see the successful implementation of a design more than the designer and for us, we can guarantee thats the case.
MyCore follows the often elusive construction principle that projects should be on-time, on-budget and completely to specification. In order to accomplish this, projects are managed tightly and clients are kept up to speed throughout the five steps of MyCore’s construction management process.
Existing Facility Equipment Assessment
Clients are made aware of the existing infrastructure in their facility and the potential for any cost savings through the reuse or recommissioning of any viable equipment.
Feasibility Study
A comprehensive study of the building is completed to begin the preliminary planning for the design implementation.
Pre-Construction
During the pre-construction phase final design details, schedules and budgets are finalized. Equipment and material ordering begins.
Construction
Work commences. Throughout the construction phase weekly construction meetings are conducted weekly. Two separate meetings are held. Trade superintendents, trade project management and MyCore’s project manager will meet to review progress, timelines and budgets. A follow-up meeting will be held between MyCore’s project manager and building ownership and management.
Facility Commissioning
Equipment commissioning is completed and the operational components of the building are turned over to the building management. In many cases MyCore will remain an energy management resource for the management and building engineer to assist in the new energy management system (EMS) assimilation process.
